Cancellation Policy
Your consultation is free of charge. We make time for you, so we also expect you to be present online or in-person at the appointed hour. We make every effort to give you the best possible service. If you're booking an appointment to view a specific item or size, please check with us first to make sure it's in stock before making the trip. Can't keep the scheduled date?
