Stock pieces can be returned according to the return policy (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Personal, in-person consultations are therefore not the standard way of working and are only offered in very limited cases.
A small number of appointments are reserved each month for clients experiencing medical hair loss (such as chemotherapy or alopecia).

In-person appointments are not the standard way of working and are only offered in very limited cases for clients experiencing medical hair loss, such as chemotherapy, alopecia or another medical condition.
For non-medical requests, guidance is offered by email only and only for specific questions that are not already answered on the website.
