In-stock items are generally dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.In-stock items requiring additional cutting, colouring or other personalisation generally require 1–3 weeks of processing time. International deliveries generally take 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and any customs clearance.Please note that all processing and transit times are estimates. Production time for pre-orders and custom orders is generally 4–16 weeks. In some cases, production may take up to 20 weeks. Each piece requires detailed production work and timing can vary depending on the selected product, construction, availability of materials and current production capacity. Fully hand-tied pieces and SL lace top wigs and toppers may require additional production time. I prefer to be transparent about production times rather than promise an exact completion date that I cannot guarantee. Some pieces may be completed sooner, while others may take longer.Hair by V personally monitors the production process and you will be informed as soon as your piece is ready for shipping. For custom and personalised orders, payment must be made in full before production starts. Changes after final confirmation are not guaranteed and may be refused. Pre-orders and custom orders are FINAL SALE and non-returnable once confirmed.Please carefully review the product details before ordering. Yes. Hair by V pieces are made with 100% human hair and can be colored with care. I recommend working with a professional hairstylist who has experience with human-hair extensions, wigs or toppers. Most Hair by V pieces are already color-processed, so I do not recommend bleaching or lightening previously processed hair. Virgin, untreated hair may be lightened with extra care and always after a strand test. Hair by V no longer offers coloring services on previously purchased or worn pieces. Custom roots, hairline coloring, hairline roots and lowlights remain available when purchasing a new Hair by V piece. Need help? In-stock itemsIn-stock items may be returned in accordance with this policy.The customer must notify Hair by V via info@hairbyv.shop no later than 14 calendar days after receipt that they wish to return the item. After the return request has been received, the customer will receive the necessary return instructions.The return shipment must then be sent no later than 14 calendar days after the return notification. This packaging is intended to prevent damage during transport. If the absence of the original packaging or careless packaging causes damage or demonstrable loss of value, this may be taken into account when determining the refund. Diminished value and non-compliant returnsHair by V carefully inspects every return.If the customer has handled the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, Hair by V may deduct an amount corresponding to the actual diminished value identified, to the extent permitted by applicable law.The assessment may take into account, among other things, cut or damaged lace, signs of wear, soiling, odour, make-up, self-tanner, hair products, styling, exposure to heat, colouring or chemical treatment, necessary professional cleaning or repair, and the product’s remaining resaleability.If a return does not comply with the conditions of this policy or cannot be restored to a resalable condition, Hair by V may refuse the return in whole or in part. The product may then be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. RefundsAfter receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed as soon as possible and within the applicable statutory timeframe using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.The applicable return shipping charge stated above will be deducted from the refund.Original shipping charges, return shipping charges and any additional customs, carrier or return-related costs are refunded or deducted in accordance with Hair by V’s Terms & Conditions and applicable mandatory law.Import duties, local taxes, customs charges and other amounts paid to third parties are not refunded by Hair by V, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.Hair by V does not charge a restocking fee for an eligible and compliant return.Once the refund has been processed, the customer will receive confirmation and, where applicable, a credit note. The time it takes for the amount to appear in the customer’s account depends on the processing time of the relevant bank or payment provider.

Hair by V is primarily an online-based webshop, not a traditional salon. For this reason, I do not offer standard in-person fittings or consultations for general purchases. Most clients order an in-stock piece online and try it comfortably at home. This allows you to see how the piece fits, feels and blends with your own hair in a relaxed setting. For clients experiencing urgent medical hair loss, for example due to chemotherapy or alopecia, a very limited number of in-person appointments may be available by application only. The right choice depends on your individual needs, your own hair and the amount of coverage you prefer.A topper is designed to add coverage and volume to the top of the head while allowing your own hair to remain visible and blend with the piece.A wig provides full coverage and can be a better option when you prefer not to blend your own hair or need more overall coverage.Fit and appearance can vary depending on factors such as head circumference, your own hair, placement and styling.Please also review the product description carefully before placing your order.

Eligible in-stock pieces can be purchased online and carefully tried on at home.This allows you to assess the colour, fit and overall look in your own environment before deciding whether to keep the piece.If you may wish to return it, the lace must not be cut or altered and the hair must not be washed, coloured, cut, chemically treated or heat styled. The piece may only be tried on briefly and carefully.Pre-orders, custom and personalised pieces, and sale or stock-clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
