SHIPPING

Hair by V ships worldwide from Belgium.

Belgian orders are shipped via Bpost. International orders are shipped via DHL Express with tracking and insurance, and a signature is required upon delivery.
 

Shipping rates

The following rates apply per single outbound shipment:

  • Belgium — FREE via Bpost

  • European Union & United Kingdom — €65

  • United States — €75

  • Canada — €80

  • Australia & New Zealand — €95

  • Rest of the world — €90

  • Middle East / United Arab Emirates — €130

  • Israel — €130
     

Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout and are not included in the product price.
 

Processing & delivery times

In-stock items are generally dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.

If additional cutting, colouring or other personalisation has been agreed for an in-stock item, please allow approximately 1–3 weeks of processing time before dispatch.

Pre-orders and custom orders generally require 4–16 weeks of production. In some cases, production may take up to 20 weeks, depending on the product, construction, availability of materials and production capacity. Fully hand-tied hair pieces and SL lace top wigs and toppers may require additional production time.

Once an international order has been dispatched, DHL Express delivery generally takes 1–5 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays. DHL Express collections and deliveries take place on business days only.

All processing, production and transit times are estimates. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed where delays arise from production, the carrier, customs or circumstances outside Hair by V’s reasonable control.
 

Tracking & delivery

Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Please make sure that your delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number are complete and correct when placing your order.

International DHL Express shipments require a signature upon delivery. Delivery must therefore be made to a physical address that can be serviced by the carrier. PO boxes are not accepted.
 

International orders, VAT & import charges

Website prices are displayed inclusive of Belgian/EU VAT.

For orders with a delivery address outside the European Union, no Belgian/EU VAT is due. The designated code NONEU can be used at checkout to remove Belgian/EU VAT.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, customs charges and administrative fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are not included in the Hair by V product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

The recipient is responsible for complying with the applicable import requirements and for responding to any requests from DHL Express or the local customs authorities.

Shipping charges paid to Hair by V cover transportation only and do not include import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed in the destination country.
 

Returns

Return shipping costs are separate from the original outbound shipping costs.
