Most clients order directly through the website and explore different options in a calm, private setting.
 

Detailed guidance is available through the wig & topper comparison pages and the try-at-home concept, allowing you to make a confident and informed decision.
Stock pieces can be returned according to the return policy (shipping costs are non-refundable).
 

Personal, in-person consultations are therefore not the standard way of working and are only offered in very limited cases.
A small number of appointments are reserved each month for clients experiencing medical hair loss (such as chemotherapy or alopecia).
