1:1 in-person appointments are reserved for clients undergoing chemotherapy or experiencing urgent medical hair loss.  Appointments are limited and subject to availability.

Please note: in-person appointments are only available for clients experiencing medical hair loss. For non-medical requests, guidance is offered by email only.

If your question is about color matching, please upload 2–3 clear photos of your hair in natural daylight, without filters and without direct sunlight. Please include photos of your roots, lengths and ends if possible.


Please note that color advice based on photos is always an estimate, as lighting, camera settings and screens can change how colors appear.
