Hair by V doesn’t have a physical store, but I’d love to welcome you to the Hair by V studio in Genk (Belgium). During your in-person consultation, you can explore all the different fits and hair qualities of our wigs and toppers up close. Consultations are available in both Dutch and English. ❌ For hygienic reasons, please avoid wearing makeup (like foundation) on your forehead, and make sure your hair and scalp are freshly washed if you’d like to try on wigs during the consultation. When booking your free consultation, you’ll be asked to answer a few quick questions to help everything run as smoothly as possible. ⚠️ If you're booking an appointment to view a specific item or size, please check with me first to ensure it's in stock, just to avoid a wasted trip. 🐈⬛ Allergic to cats? Then an online consultation might be a better option for you.
Cancellation Policy
Your consultation is free of charge. We make time for you, so we also expect you to be present online or in-person at the appointed hour. We make every effort to give you the best possible service. If you're booking an appointment to view a specific item or size, please check with us first to make sure it's in stock before making the trip. Can't keep the scheduled date? By logging into our website with the email address you used to make your booking, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment.
