You can apply for personal guidance. Based on your request, I will advise you via email or schedule a short online session if needed. Hair by V is an online-based brand focused on high-quality wigs and toppers, and does not operate as a traditional hair salon. In-person consultations are offered in very limited cases. A small number of appointments are reserved each month for clients experiencing medical hair loss (such as chemotherapy or alopecia). You will be asked to fill in a short form before your request is reviewed. Due to limited availability, not all requests can be accepted.
Annuleringsbeleid
Your consultation is free of charge. We make time for you, so we also expect you to be present online or in-person at the appointed hour. We make every effort to give you the best possible service. If you're booking an appointment to view a specific item or size, please check with us first to make sure it's in stock before making the trip. Can't keep the scheduled date? By logging into our website with the email address you used to make your booking, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment.
