- Base: Lace top with closed-wefted back (coverage + realism, while staying lightweight)
Front: Closed lace front with an ultra-thin, flat folded edge for a seamless lay
Parting: 5x5” multi-directional lace parting – resection easily by wetting, repositioning and blow-drying into place
- Length: 14"/16" - 16"/18" - 18"/20"-> Cut: Soft layered cut – shorter around the face and longer towards the back (natural movement + easy face-framing)

For durability, knots are not bleached, but if you like an even softer look at the front, you can easily diffuse it with a tiny bit of concealing powder.

- In-stock items dispatch within 1–3 weekdays after payment confirmation.
- Items requiring extra customization: 1–3 weeks.
- Custom/pre-orders: 6–20 weeks depending on construction type/availability. Payment must be made in full before production begins. Once confirmed, orders are non-refundable.

- Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes & fees, which are non-refundable.
- Prices include 21% EU VAT.
- Use code NONEU at checkout to remove VAT (valid only for non-EU clients).⚠️ EU clients using this code will have their order cancelled and refunded minus fees.
Returns
- If you decide to return your order, please note that shipping costs (both directions) are non-refundable, this also applies to returns within Belgium.
- Custom orders, pre-orders, sale items, and cut/colored wigs & toppers are final sale.
- Stock items: notify us within 7 weekdays of receipt (info@hairbyv.shop) and return within 14 weekdays. Refunds are processed within 10–14 weekdays after inspection. Partial refunds may apply if the item is depreciated.
Return Conditions (stock items only)
Returns are accepted only if the item is:
- New, unworn, unaltered, with tags and clips intact.
- Free of makeup, tan, hair products, odors, or signs of wear.
- Shipped back within 14 weekdays of receipt.
Return Procedure
To return an item, send an email to info@hairbyv.shop within 7 weekdays of receiving it. Once approved, the return must be completed within 14 weekdays.
Hair by V will provide you with a DHL Express return label (cost deducted from your refund). For returns within Belgium, the customer is responsible for arranging the return.
Non-compliant returns will be refused and may be returned to you.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once we receive your return. Processing usually takes 10–14 weekdays, with refunds appearing within ~10 days depending on your bank.
