HANDTIED BACK UPGRADE – TOPPER

Choose this upgrade if you would like the standard wefted back of your custom topper to be replaced with a hand-tied back.

With a hand-tied back, the hairs throughout the back of the topper are individually hand-tied into the base instead of being sewn onto wefts.
 

This creates a softer and more flexible construction with:

• Less weight
• Naturally lower density through the back
• A softer, more flexible feel
• More natural movement
• Less structure and bulk than a traditional wefted back

The overall appearance remains similar, but the weight, density and feel of the topper are noticeably different.
 

PLEASE NOTE

• This is an upgrade only and does not include a topper.
• It must be purchased together with an eligible custom topper.
• The upgrade replaces the topper’s standard wefted back construction.
• It does not change the top or front construction of the topper you selected.
• A hand-tied back cannot be added afterwards to an already finished topper.
• Please only purchase this upgrade for topper models where a hand-tied back option is mentioned on the product page.
• Hand-tied constructions have a longer production time than standard wefted constructions because the hairs are individually tied by hand.
• Please check the production time stated below each item before ordering.
• As this is a custom-made upgrade, it is final sale once the order has been confirmed.
