- Davroe Moisture Senses Shampoo (325ml) – Een zachte, hydraterende shampoo die reinigt zonder uit te drogen. Perfect voor droog, behandeld of gekleurd haar.
- Davroe Moisture Senses Conditioner (325ml) – Lichtgewicht maar voedend, deze conditioner helpt de zachtheid en doorkambaarheid van human hair haarwerken te herstellen.
- Davroe Luxe Leave-In Treatment (150ml) – Een gladmakende leave-in die pluis vermindert, vocht toevoegt en UV-bescherming biedt tegen dagelijkse zonnestraling.
- Davroe MCT Deep Conditioning Treatment (200ml) – Voor een intensieve vochtboost. Aanbrengen op vochtig haar, 3–5 minuten laten inwerken en grondig uitspoelen. Ideaal om pruiken en toppers soepel en glanzend te houden.

Returns
- If you decide to return your order, please note that shipping costs (both directions) are non-refundable, this also applies to returns within Belgium.
- Custom orders, pre-orders, sale items, and cut/colored wigs & toppers are final sale.
- Stock items: notify us within 7 weekdays of receipt (info@hairbyv.shop) and return within 14 weekdays. Refunds are processed within 10–14 weekdays after inspection. Partial refunds may apply if the item is depreciated.
Return Conditions (stock items only)
Returns are accepted only if the item is:
- New, unworn, unaltered, with tags and clips intact.
- Free of makeup, tan, hair products, odors, or signs of wear.
- Shipped back within 14 weekdays of receipt.
Return Procedure
To return an item, send an email to info@hairbyv.shop within 7 weekdays of receiving it. Once approved, the return must be completed within 14 weekdays.
Hair by V will provide you with a DHL Express return label (cost deducted from your refund). For returns within Belgium, the customer is responsible for arranging the return.
Non-compliant returns will be refused and may be returned to you.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once we receive your return. Processing usually takes 10–14 weekdays, with refunds appearing within ~10 days depending on your bank.
