Glueless cap.
Hand-tied back (no wefts).
Comb at the nape & clips on the eartabs.
Adjustable straps to customize the cap size up to one inch on each side.

Swiss transparent ear-to-ear lace top.

- Knots are not bleached to ensure more durability and help prevent shedding.
The part line can easily be concealed with a little powder if desired. Front hairline knots are kept light and hand-painted for a soft, natural look.
If you prefer bleached knots, this can be done as a custom request, just mention it in the comment box at checkout. - Air dries straight.
- Depositing color to the hair/darkening/adding darker roots is possible but lightening with bleach is not recommended.
- Every piece can be further customised to add bangs, a darker/longer root or a custom fit cut.
- The pictures show the hairpieces in different lighting in attempt to try and display the true color of every piece.
- Keep in mind that the color may look different depending on screen brightness, lighting and calibration.
Hand-tied cap
- Lace top: The top portion of the wig is made from lace material, which allows for a more natural-looking scalp and hairline. The lace top gives the illusion that the hair is growing directly from the scalp. It's often used in areas where the wig part is most visible.
Hand-tied back: In the back of the wig, each strand of hair is individually tied to the base by hand, rather than being sewn in wefts. This process makes the wig more flexible, allowing for greater movement and a more realistic appearance. The hand-tying method also reduces bulk and makes the wig lighter and more breathable.
Flexible movement: The hand-tied back allows for greater hair movement and flexibility. Since each strand is individually tied, the hair can be styled in various directions without showing wefts or tracks, making it easier to create smooth, natural-looking ponytails or updos.
- Comfort and less bulk: The lightweight nature of the hand-tied back reduces bulk, ensuring the wig lays flat against the head when styled into an updo or ponytail. This helps maintain a sleek look while keeping the wig secure.

- In-stock items dispatch within 1–3 weekdays after payment confirmation.

- Custom/pre-orders: 6–20 weeks depending on construction type/availability. Payment must be made in full before production begins. Once confirmed, orders are non-refundable.

- Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes & fees, which are non-refundable.
- Prices include 21% EU VAT.

Returns
- If you decide to return your order, please note that shipping costs (both directions) are non-refundable, this also applies to returns within Belgium.
- Custom orders, pre-orders, sale items, and cut/colored wigs & toppers are final sale.
- Stock items: notify us within 7 weekdays of receipt (info@hairbyv.shop) and return within 14 weekdays. Refunds are processed within 10–14 weekdays after inspection. Partial refunds may apply if the item is depreciated.
Return Conditions (stock items only)
Returns are accepted only if the item is:
- New, unworn, unaltered, with tags and clips intact.
- Free of makeup, tan, hair products, odors, or signs of wear.
- Shipped back within 14 weekdays of receipt.
Return Procedure
To return an item, send an email to info@hairbyv.shop within 7 weekdays of receiving it. Once approved, the return must be completed within 14 weekdays.
Hair by V will provide you with a DHL Express return label (cost deducted from your refund). For returns within Belgium, the customer is responsible for arranging the return.
Non-compliant returns will be refused and may be returned to you.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once we receive your return. Processing usually takes 10–14 weekdays, with refunds appearing within ~10 days depending on your bank.
