A hybrid skin/lace cap with the realistic scalp look of silk and the comfort, flexibility and movement of lace.

- This stock item comes with clips and without silicone coating
- Clips can be removed if preferred
- Silicone coating on the ear tabs and nape area can be requested when placing a new/custom order

- Front hairline knots are light & invisible, and the part line has a realistic scalp look. You can use powder to brighten up the knots more if wanted.
- Level 6/7 brunette with subtle level 8 highlights, can be rooted on request
- Depositing color to the hair is possible
- Air dries naturally with soft movement and can be styled straight or wavy
- Can be curled and styled with heat tools. Always use heat protection.
- Great option if you love the scalp look of silk, but prefer a softer, lighter and more naturally moving cap
- Every piece can be further customised to add bangs, a longer root or a custom fit cut.
- The pictures show the hairpieces in different lighting in attempt to try and display the true color of every piece.
- Keep in mind that the color may look different depending on screen brightness, lighting and calibration.

Processing & Shipping
- In-stock items dispatch within 1–3 weekdays after payment confirmation.
- Items requiring extra customization: 1–3 weeks.
- Custom/pre-orders: 6–20 weeks depending on construction type/availability. Payment must be made in full before production begins. Once confirmed, orders are non-refundable.

- Colors may vary due to screens, lighting, and devices.

- Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes & fees, which are non-refundable.
- Prices include 21% EU VAT.
- Use code NONEU at checkout to remove VAT (valid only for non-EU clients).⚠️ EU clients using this code will have their order cancelled and refunded minus fees.
Returns
- If you decide to return your order, please note that shipping costs (both directions) are non-refundable, this also applies to returns within Belgium.
- Custom orders, pre-orders, sale items, and cut/colored wigs & toppers are final sale.
- Stock items: notify us within 7 weekdays of receipt (info@hairbyv.shop) and return within 14 weekdays. Refunds are processed within 10–14 weekdays after inspection. Partial refunds may apply if the item is depreciated.
Return Conditions (stock items only)
Returns are accepted only if the item is:
- New, unworn, unaltered, with tags and clips intact.
- Free of makeup, tan, hair products, odors, or signs of wear.
- Shipped back within 14 weekdays of receipt.
Return Procedure
To return an item, send an email to info@hairbyv.shop within 7 weekdays of receiving it. Once approved, the return must be completed within 14 weekdays.
Hair by V will provide you with a DHL Express return label (cost deducted from your refund). For returns within Belgium, the customer is responsible for arranging the return.
Non-compliant returns will be refused and may be returned to you.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once we receive your return. Processing usually takes 10–14 weekdays, with refunds appearing within ~10 days depending on your bank.
